Information you submit through the request form (name, email, firm, regulator & register reference, message) is transmitted to us via our hosting provider, Netlify (Netlify, Inc., San Francisco, USA), which processes form submissions and standard server logs (including IP addresses) on our behalf. Because this data is processed in the United States, that transfer outside the European Economic Area is made under the safeguards required by Chapter V of the GDPR; Netlify's data-processing agreement incorporates the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
