Calden holds no book, takes no principal position, gives no investment advice, takes no order and holds no client money or securities.

Execution, custody and settlement remain with the regulated firms on each side, and Calden deals only with regulated firms and their advisers.

The non-circumvention and non-disclosure agreement (NCNDA) Calden signs for an introduction binds every party to it, Calden included.

This data is shared only with Calden’s service providers, which act on Calden’s instructions, and with the parties to any document requested.

Where the provider that hosts this website processes data outside the UK or the EEA, the transfer is protected by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Personal data is kept only as long as its purpose requires. The controller is Calden, at the registered office above.
